PDF Forms detects fillable fields in a PDF (AcroForm fields — created by tools like Adobe Acrobat, LibreOffice, or fillable government forms) and lets you fill them in a friendly web UI. When you're done, download the filled PDF.
The tool only handles AcroForm fields — the newer XFA-based dynamic forms used by some government departments aren't supported yet.

Supported formats & limits
Input: PDF with AcroForm fields. XFA-based dynamic forms show a clear error message and are not supported.
Privacy
Your uploaded file is written to a temporary folder on our server, processed, and deleted by the operating system as soon as the request finishes — typically within seconds. Nothing is stored in our database. Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it say 'no fillable fields'?▾
The PDF is either a plain scan (use Edit PDF to add text on top) or uses XFA (dynamic) fields which we don't yet support.
Can I sign a form field?▾
Signature fields are shown as text inputs in this tool. For image-based signatures, use the Sign PDF tool after filling.
Is the filled form editable later?▾
Yes — the tool leaves the form fields in place with your values filled in.
Can I export the filled-in form data as JSON or CSV?▾
Yes — after filling the form, use the 'Export data' button to download the values as JSON. For CSV export, use the AI Summarizer to convert the JSON into a structured spreadsheet row.
Do calculated fields (e.g. sum of line items) work in the tool?▾
Simple arithmetic calculated fields (sum, product, difference of other numeric fields) evaluate live as you type. Complex JavaScript-based calculations in the source PDF are read-only in the preview — fill them with a desktop editor if you need live math.
