Extract PDF Pages pulls the exact pages you need out of a larger PDF and combines them into a single new file. It is the fastest way to share one signed page from a 40-page contract, pull chapter 3 out of a textbook, or hand a colleague only the two invoices they asked for from a monthly statement bundle.
The tool differs from Split PDF in a subtle but important way. Split gives you one file per page or per range — useful when you want a ZIP of separated pieces. Extract combines everything you pick into one resulting PDF, in the order you specified, so the recipient opens a single tidy document instead of a folder.
How to use it

Privacy
Your uploaded file is written to a temporary folder on our server, processed, and deleted by the operating system as soon as the request finishes — typically within seconds. Nothing is stored in our database. Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

Frequently asked questions
How is Extract Pages different from Split PDF?▾
Split PDF gives you a ZIP with one file per range you defined — useful when you want each page or range as a separate document. Extract Pages merges the pages you pick into one new PDF. Same idea, different output shape.
What happens if I list a page number that does not exist?▾
The tool silently ignores it, so a typo like listing page 99 on a 20-page PDF will not error out — it will just skip the invalid entry and extract the valid ones.
Can I reorder pages while extracting?▾
Yes. The output order is the exact order you type. Writing 5, 2, 8 puts page 5 first, then page 2, then page 8 in the resulting file.
Does the tool preserve links and bookmarks?▾
Internal links that jump within the extracted range are preserved. Bookmarks and links that point to pages you did NOT include cannot survive, since their target is no longer in the file.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can extract at once?▾
There is no artificial cap. In practice we recommend batches under 200 pages so the resulting PDF stays quick to download and open on mobile devices.
